Margo Wei, SPHR, is a Career and Personal Coach. She helps her clients achieve their professional and personal goals faster than they could achieve them on their own. She specializes in career advancement, career transition, career satisfaction, work/life balance, leadership development and personal growth. She works with clients individually and conducts workshops and teleclasses for small and large groups.

Prior to starting her coaching practice, Margo worked in the corporate world for over 12 years in Human Resources. Her roles included recruiting new talent for fortune 100 companies, leadership developments, coaching managers, training and career development coaching with employees. She has extensive professional experience in large, medium and start-up companies. Margo's training is through Coach Training Alliance. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and Society of Human Resources. She has her SPHR (Certification in Human Resources Management through Society of Human Resources Management.) Margo has a bachelors degree in Organization and Mass Communications.

Margo challenges people to think in new ways. Her coaching moves people forward toward their goals. Through this process her clients find a new personal awareness. Her warm personality makes her clients very comfortable and encourages them to stretch for their aspirations.

Margo lives in Washington State with her husband and daughter.
